Return Policy
Welcome to The Mana Lounge! We value our community and strive to provide exceptional service. Below you will find our return policy which applies specifically to certain items and must be processed in-store.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition as when received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at staff@manalounge.ca. If your return is accepted, you can choose to return your items either by mail or in-store.
For mail returns, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please ensure that you request and receive confirmation for your return before sending any items back, as unrequested returns will not be accepted. The return is also dependent on the condition that the items arrive. Carefully package your returns to avoid damage to the product.
For in-store returns, simply bring the item(s) along with your receipt or proof of purchase to our store within 7 days of the purchase date. Our staff will assist you with the return process directly at our location.
Returnable Items
You may return the following items if they are in brand new, unopened, and still in their sealed condition:
- Sealed Warhammer Kits: Including starter sets and miniatures still in their sealed packaging.
- Board Games: Must be unopened with the original shrink wrap intact.
- Hobby Accessories: Such as paints, brushes, and tools, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Open TCG Products: Including individual opened booster packs or boxes.
- Assembled or Painted Warhammer Models: Any models that have been assembled, modified, or painted.
- Pinball Machines and Accessories.
- Custom Ordered Items: Any products that are special ordered or personalized.
- Perishable Goods: Including snacks or drinks sold at the store.
- Clearance Items: Any products purchased from the clearance section.
- Gift Cards: Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
